YOUR CHANCE FOR A PIECE OF HISTORY! North Hills Mall is closing and will be demolished beginning in February 2003. Before demolition begins Kane Realty wants to offer everyone a chance to retrieve a piece of history, acquire building materials or store fixtures for their home or business, and recycle 1000s of useable items that must be removed before the new construction begins. The fairest way to accomplish this is at public auction.

We are also selling items from the US Post Office and First Citizens Bank buildings located across Lassiter Mill Road (including the BANK VAULT). Plus a special added group of Christmas decorations from University Mall in Chapel Hill.

We are selling whatever has been left behind. Take what you want, leave the rest. No minimum price, no price refused.

	New end time & extension date!! Sale begins at 10:00 AM and ends at 5:00 PM - if we do not finish all of the stores by 5 PM, we will stop and resume the sale on Saturday, February 22, 2003
