A local restaurant group is taking over this location and will be converting it to their new chain concept “CRAZY FIRE MONGOLIAN GRILL”. In addition, this same group is converting two of their existing restaurants to this same concept. “THE ITALIAN CHOP HOUSE” & “THE FISH HOUSE AND OYSTER BAR” were opened within the last 4 years with almost all new equipment. We will be selling all of the equipment that cannot be used in the new concept restaurants. These restauranteurs buy only the finest equipment and maintain it diligently.
