Nicholson Electrical Company has authorized us to sell all of the vehicles, heavy equipment, shop equipment, and inventory that has accumulated over the past 20 years of business. This equipment has been well maintained and will be in working order for your inspection. Some pieces are almost brand new. (Day 2 of 2-day auction)

Buyers Terms & Conditions:

1.	All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR RE-SELLS
2.	All descriptions are provided by the owner of the items and are not guaranteed by Wester Auction & Realty, Inc.
3.	Bids should be made based completely on the inspection and evaluation by the registered bidder
4.	Clear title to vehicles is guaranteed, unless so stated at the time of sale
5.	Payment in FULL is due on the day of sale by Cash, Certified Check, Money Order, or check when accompanied by an irrevocable bank letter of guarantee
6.	No item may be removed from the auction site until PROPER FUNDS have been received by Wester Auction
7.	Removal of items is the responsibility of the Buyer. Removal must be completed within 72 hours after settlement with proper funds
8.	Wester Auction & Realty, Inc. and Nicholson Electric Company are not responsible for accidents, injury, theft, or damage to property or persons at the auction. Each person present at the auction attends at his/her own risk & agrees to hold the above named and all other Sellers harmless in the event of accident, injury, theft or damage.
