The City of Raleigh has purchased the real estate at 13013 Falls of Neuse Road. The property must be cleared for the new project and the home located on the property must be removed. Rather than demolishing the home and sending the refuse to the landfill, the City has decided to offer the home for sale at public auction to anyone willing to move the home to another location.

Basic Terms of Sale:

1. Payment IN FULL due at time of sale by Cash or Good NC Check.
2. House is sold AS IS, WHERE IS with all faults and amenities.
3. Raleigh City Council must approve the final bid received.
4. House must be removed from the property within 60 days after City Council approval.
5. Buyer must use a licensed, insured structural moving company to move the home.
6. Removal of home must be coordinated with the City of Raleigh, Public Utilities Department.
7. The buyer shall at the City's option repair or pay for the City to repair all damage to the real property caused by house's removal.
8. The buyer shall fill all holes, demolish the foundation to ground level, & properly dispose of all debris related to removal of home and leave no hazardous conditions on the property.
