Broker Participation:
Any broker actively licensed in North Carolina whose agent properly registers a successful high bidder, will be paid a 4% commission at time of settlement. Registration must be faxed to our office no later than 5 PM, April 28, 2004, and must include the bidder’s name, address, and contact number. The agent must attend and assist the bidder at the auction. Only the first agent to register the bidder will be paid a commission. Agents acting as principles, on behalf of other licensed real estate agents or on behalf of family members, or who represent prospects who have had prior contact with our office are not eligible. Brokers may pre-register only one potential buyer.

The owner of the auction company is also a stockholder in the corporation that owns this property.
Terms of Sale:
- All sold tracts will be transferred by General Warranty Deed with clear title.
- All tracts are guaranteed to percolate for a single family septic system.
- No tract may be further subdivided without the private access road being finished to DOT standards and the approval of the Rockingham Co. Planning Dept.
- The private access road will be maintained in accordance with the recorded Road Maintenance Agreement.
- Buyers complete inspection of property is encouraged.
- All property sells AS IS and WITH ALL FAULTS, if any.
- Announcements made by the Auctioneer at the time of sale will take precedence over previous printed material.
- A non-refundable 10% Earnest money deposit is required on day of sale.
- Balance due on or before June 1, 2004.
- All Property will offered subject to seller confirmation.
- All information is provided without representation or warranty as to the accuracy.
- Buyers shall rely on their own judgement and inspection for placing a bid.
- Tracts are subject to sale prior to the auction.
Directions:
From Greensboro, take Hwy 220 North to Hwy 65 then go East on Hwy 65. Sale is on the right after you past the Hospice Center, 1 mile before the Courthouse in Wentworth. From Reidsville, go West on Hwy 65, 1 mile past the Courthouse. Sale will be on the left, just past the Rock Creek Bridge.
