The motel will be demolished after this auction to make room for new duplexes to be built on this site. Everything must be sold! The restaurant was remodeled in the summer of 2004. Most of the rooms have been remodeled within the last 18 months. Free room on Sunday night for the first 50 reservations received. Call our office by Friday, December 10 to book a room (Please do not call the motel).
