Bids should be made based completely on the inspection and evaluation by the registered bidder.

Wester Auction & Realty, Inc. and the City of Durham arenot responsible for loss due to theft, damage, or injury to property or person.

Clear title to ALL vehicles is guaranteed, but may not be available on the day of sale. Funds will remain in the Wester Auction & Realty, Inc. trust account until the title is delivered to the Buyer.

Payment in FULL is due on the day of sale by Cash, Certified Check, Money Order, or check when accompanied by an irrevocable bank letter of guarantee. No item may be removed from the auction site until PROPER FUNDS have been received by Wester Auction & Realty, Inc.

Purchased items WILL NOT be released to the buyer until proper funds have be credited to the trust account of Wester Auction & Realty, if payment is made with NON-CERTIFIED FUNDS OR CASH.

Removal of items is the responsibility of the Buyer. Removal must be completed within 48 hours after settlement with proper funds.

Each person present at the auction attends at his/her own risk and agrees to hold the City of Durham and Wester Auction & Realty, Inc. harmless in the event of accident, injury, theft or damage.
