Bids should be made based completely on the inspection and evaluation by the registered bidder.

5% buyers premium added to all bids to determine the Contract Sales Price.
4.
10% non-refundable Earnest Money Deposit due at the time of acceptance by the Seller.
5.
Balance due at closing on or before January 31, 2006.
6.
Tracts will be offered separately and in any combination requested by the bidder(s).
7.
The last grouping offered will be all tracts as one parcel.
8.
On each combination of tracts offered, the minimum raise of the bid will be $5,000.00
