This is NOT a piece by piece liquidation auction. This is a sale of an ongoing, money making business. To be sold ABSOLUTE to the highest bidder.

For family health reasons the current owner must sell this money making operation. Private parties and karaoke have been very successful for the bar, as well as football nights. He has told me to sell it REGARDLESS OF WHAT IT BRINGS.

So if you want to get in the restaurant/bar business for a fraction of the cost, plan on being at this auction.

Current rent is $1200 per month with assumable lease

Terms of Sale:
A $5,000 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is due immediately after the auction. (CASH or CERTIFIED CHECK only)
Balance due in CERTIFIED FUNDS by January 31, 2006.
Buyer must finalize lease arrangements with landlord.
Buyer does not take possession until balance is paid.
Utilities will remain on for 24 hours after final payment, to give the new owner time to transfer.
Business to be sold ABSOLUTE to the highest bidder.
Business assets are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. (Free and clear of all debts and encumbrances)
Liquor license does not transfer(by NC State Law).
List of all business assets will be provided prior to bidding.
