The Clubs at Pelican Point have closed. The building must be completely emptied. Some things will be moved to another location, but everything else must be sold immediately. 1000s of items - Top Quality - Great Condition. This sale will include the contents of 2 bars, a banquet hall, and the contents of a 40 ft. storage container that is packed so full we cannot get inside to see what is there. They are still deciding what they will keep and what they will sell, but we promise that you will not be disappointed. SPECIAL NOTE: You will be required to check in at the main gate and receive a visitor's pass in order to get onto the base. You will need your drivers license, vehicle registration and proof of insurance. Please get here early to allow the few minutes this will take, and to drive to the auction site. All vehicles are subject to search. Call our office to pre-register (919-207-2600). We will alert the Main Gate that you are attending the auction. NO USMC OR FEDERAL ENDORSEMENT IMPLIED.
