NOTE: If you go to the motel for preview at any time other than the posted times you will be disqualified from participation in the auction.

• Sunday, September 24 from 11AM - 3 PM
• Saturday, September 30 from 11AM - 3 PM
• 1 hour prior to the auction (Sunday, October 1 from 1PM - 2PM)

• Items will be purchased on the day of auction by cash or good NC check
• 50% deposit due at the auction, balance due before the items are removed.
• All funds remain in auction company trust account until delivery is completed
