• The high bid received on our web site will be the opening bid at the auction. No Internet bidding on the day of sale.
• A 10% buyers premium will be added to the final bid to set the Contract Sales Price.
• A 50% deposit will be due at the time the contract is executed. The Buyer will have 15 days to acquire new leases.
• The balance is due within 15 days of the execution of the contract, as soon as the leases has been transferred.
