3. Bids should be made based completely on the inspection and evaluation by the registered bidder.
4. Wester Auction & Realty, Inc. and the Seller(s) are not responsible for loss due to theft, damage, or injury to property or person.
5. Clear title to ALL vehicles is guaranteed, but may not be available on the day of sale. Funds will remain in the Wester Auction & Realty, Inc. trust account until the title is delivered to the Buyer.

7. Payment in FULL is due on the day of sale by Cash, Certified Check, Money Order, or check when accompanied by an irrevocable bank letter of guarantee. Successful online buyers must settle their account by 2 PM on Monday, April 23 by wire transfer. No item may be removed from the auction site until PROPER FUNDS have been received by Wester Auction & Realty, Inc. NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
8. Removal of items is the responsibility of the Buyer. Removal must be completed within 24 hours after settlement with proper funds.
