(There will be no live bidding for this sale)
- All bidders must provide qualification data requested by Proxibid.
- A 3% buyers premium will be added to the final successful bid
to determine the Contract Sales Price.
- Once all bids are in and the seller has approved the sale, an
Offer to Purchase & Contract will be faxed or emailed to the buyer.
- The buyer must immediately sign the Contract and return by fax.
- The buyer will then have 72 hours to sign and return the “ORIGINAL”
Contract with a 10% Earnest Money Deposit (Certified Funds).
Documents and deposit should be returned via OVERNIGHT DELIVERY.
- If the buyer fails to return the executed Contract and Deposit within
72 hours of the bid acceptance, the seller will have the right to
void the Contract, and offer the property to the underbidder at
his/her final bid, plus the buyers premium.
- Closing will be held in Northhampton County, NC within 30 days of the
contract date, with the remaining balance due in full at that time.
