• Buyer must be able to acquire a new lease from the landlord, under the same basic conditions as the current tenant.
• Must pass Johnston County Health Dept. inspection with minimal improvements needed. Current owner was never graded below 98.5
• 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the high bid to determine the Contract Sales Price.
• 50% of Contract Sales Price is due within 24 hours after the bid is awarded. Balance is due within 10 days of bid award, after the lease has been signed and the Health Department has inspected the restaurant.
