Terms of Sale:

  1. Business is being sold subject to the Buyer qualifying to take over the remaining lease.
  2. All bids must be received by 5:00 PM on Wed., October 24.
  3. A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the High Bid to determine the Contract Sales Price.
  4. The high bidder will be notified immediately after the bids are opened.
  5. The high bidder will be given 24 hours to present a 50% deposit of the Contract Price.
  6. Failure to present the deposit may void the high bid and result in the sale being awarded to the next highest bidder.
  7. Balance is due within 10 days or as soon as the buyer is approved by the landlord.
  8. Liquor license and stock DOES NOT transfer. New owner will have to acquire a new license.
