The Budget Inn has closed and the buildings will be demolished in December for future development. Prior to demolition everything that is salvageable will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of price. 10% Buyers Premium added to the final bid on each lot.

Inspection Time: Tuesday, November 13 Noon-3 PM only.

There are six buildings on the property. All bids will be for an entire building. The successful bidder may take ANYTHING in the building that he/she purchases. Wester Auction & Realty and the owners of the property are not responsible for securing your items once purchased, and are not responsible for anyone coming on the property to inspect, bid, or remove items.

No minimum price. High Bidder gets the entire building. All Bids Welcome. Guaranteed to Sell to the High Bidder.

Terms of Sale:

  • Inspection during announced hours.
  • Items will be sold by the contents of EACH BUILDING.
  • Bids must be received prior to 5:00 PM, Nov. 19.
  • Bid must include name, address, phone number, and method of payment. Bid on each building by the # assigned.
  • Remember that 10% will be added to your bid to determine the final price.
  • High bidders will be notified immediately after bid opening.
  • Items must be paid for by Wednesday, November 21 at NOON.
  • Payment by cash, Good NC Check, or wire transfer.
  • 10% Buyers Premium added to the final bid on each lot.
  • Removal is at the buyers expense and liability.
  • Removal begins after payment is received and ends Dec. 4.
