Over 150 vehicles & pieces of equipment plus 7 city buses surplus to the operations of the City of Durham.

Terms & Conditions:

1. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR RE-SELLS
2. All descriptions are provided by the City of Durham and are not guaranteed by Wester Auction & Realty, Inc.
3. Bids should be made based completely on the inspection and evaluation by the registered bidder.
4. Wester Auction & Realty, Inc. and the City of Durham are not responsible for loss due to theft, damage, or injury to property or person.
5. Clear title to ALL vehicles is guaranteed, but may not be available on the day of sale. Funds will remain in the Wester Auction & Realty, Inc. trust account until the title is delivered to the Buyer.
6. Payment in FULL is due on the day of sale by Cash, Certified Check, Money Order, or check when accompanied by an irrevocable bank letter of guarantee. No item may be removed from the auction site until PROPER FUNDS have been received by Wester Auction.
7. If payment is made with NON-CERTIFIED FUNDS, items WILL NOT be released to the buyer until proper funds have been credited to the trust account of Wester Auction & Realty .
8. Removal must be completed within 48 hours after proper settlement.
