Liquidation of the former Prime Only Steak & Seafood. One of the most beautifully decorated and well equipped restaurants we have sold in Raleigh. The quality can be seen from the French desk at the front door, to the cleaning area in the kitchen.

The Restaurant Group will be reviving this as the "next" Wake County "Tap Room" specializing in burgers & beer. They have told me to sell everything they cannot use, even if it is excellent condition. Come prepared for great deals at great prices.
