John Martin joined Wester Auction & Realty in 2015, bringing with him more than 30 years of business experience, with a strong foundation in the food service industry. He is a licensed auctioneer and real estate broker, holding a degree in hospitality management.

Over the years, John has owned and operated his own restaurant and managed teams in a wide range of food service environments—from small local establishments to large national operations. His hands-on experience gives him a deep understanding of the equipment, logistics, and needs of restaurant owners, making him a trusted resource for both buyers and sellers.

In addition to leading successful equipment auctions, John specializes in real estate auctions, including residential, commercial, and land sales. He works closely with property owners to develop targeted auction strategies that drive competitive bidding and fast results. His combined knowledge of real estate and auctions ensures a seamless process from listing to closing, whether selling a family home or a business property.

Randy Wester has been a cornerstone of Wester Auction & Realty since its founding, bringing decades of experience to the team. As Vice President, Randy has long overseen contract management, ensuring every auction runs smoothly.

Since semi-retiring in 2024, Randy remains actively involved in the company, lending his expertise and guidance on a part-time basis. His deep knowledge of auction operations continue to be a valuable asset to clients and the Wester team alike.​

Lisa Martin

CFO | Digital Marketing Manager

Lisa serves as both CFO and Digital Marketing Manager at Wester Auction & Realty, combining sharp financial oversight with a creative approach to marketing. She is responsible for developing and executing online strategies that drive visibility and results for every auction.

Lisa holds a certification in Social Media Management and Marketing for Business from NC State University, as well as an AAS degree in Administrative Office & Technology. She plays a key role in maximizing bidder reach through targeted social media campaigns, strategic email marketing to over 10,000 subscribers, and a strong website presence.

Her dual expertise ensures that Wester Auction & Realty operates efficiently behind the scenes.
