It's not that we don't want to help, but we just don't have the staff on hand to offer this service!

Hiring more staff means higher costs and fees associated with the auction which we try to avoid in order to keep our fees as low as possible for our buyers!

So, please make sure to bring tools and help with the removal of your equipment.
